Our product pages indicate the lead time for each item. Lead time does not include transit.
How Do You Ship?
We ship many items free to the lower 48 United States, via UPS or FedEx Ground. Some items ship freight at additional cost, and are noted as such. Contact us for your shipping quote on freight items.
Do You Ship to Destinations Outside of the United States?
Some items can be shipped to foreign destinations (Contact us to confirm). Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States will incur brokerage fees and/or taxes that will be collected by the carrier upon delivery of your order. You will be contacted prior to shipment to approve these additional costs.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Products that don’t meet your expectations can be returned unless otherwise stated. Orders must be returned in new packaging, unused condition, within 30 days with prior authorization required. Contact us for a return authorization number. Items returned without pre-approval may be refused. A restock fee of up to 25% may apply.
What Is Your Refund and/or Cancellation Policy?
Authorized returns will be refunded upon receipt of return in new, unused condition. A restock fee may apply, and you will be notified at the time of your return request if this is the case. If you cancel your order before shipment, we will refund you in full, except for special order items that may be in production already. If your order is in production at the time of cancellation, a cancel fee may apply.
What If My Order Arrives Defective or Damaged?
If your order is defective or arrives with shipping damage, we must be notified immediately. Replacement of part(s) or the entire item will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. For freight items, orders must be inspected upon delivery and any visible damage noted on the Bill of Lading. If the damage is concealed, pictures may be requested. We must be notified within 5 days of delivery for damaged freight orders.
Do You Collect Sales Tax?
We do not currently collect sales tax.
Is My Credit Card Safe?
Yes, we are compliant with all applicable laws and rules regarding credit card processing. Your credit card is processed through Authorize.net.
